Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GlowDown mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. User Registration

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App for any illegal purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GlowDown and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
